Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for our barber services are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. However, if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment for hairkuts for men, a fee of 50% of the scheduled cost will apply.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointments shortened to fit the remaining time, or rescheduled at the barber’s discretion.

Clients arriving 15+ minutes late will be considered a missed appointment and may be required to reschedule. 

Failure to show up without notice will result in a no-show fee (50%–100% of the service), or

requirement of a deposit before future bookings.

• A 5–10 minute grace period may be allowed depending on schedule availability
• After that, your time slot may be given to a waiting client

Certain services (premium kuts, wedding packages, mobile services) require a non-refundable deposit

Deposits will be forfeited for late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes or no-shows.
